Your own Domain (you.com)	Securing your own domain is very important, particularly as the internet is growing and your domain is essentially your global identity on the internet. All our hosting plans support your own domain (e.g. you.com). If you would like us to register a domain name on your behalf then please contact us.
Free Tech Support	Cyberianblue offers free technical support with all it's plans. Simply contact us with any queries you may have and we will be happy to answer them. If you are a member, the first point of call for all support questions however should be here. If your question has been asked previously it is most likely answered at this site. Your query will be answered as soon as possible, in most cases this will be within 24 hours.
Unlimited FTP Access	FTP Access is given 24-7, this means that any time you wish to modify your site via FTP it's simply a matter of logging on and uploading your files to the live server.
Mail Control Panel	We provide a control panel specifically for setting up your email accounts and managing email forwarding, autoresponders, email passwords etc. This can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection so you can manage your emails outside your business or home.
Pre-installed Form Mail Script	We provide a pre-installed form mail script which allows you to send email from your website to your visitors.
Active Server Page (ASP) Support	ASP is supported on all our Win2003 servers. ASP files will run automatically.
ASP.NET	ASP.NET is the latest in ASP technology, specifically designed to be far faster and more stable than current the ASP engine. Visit http://www.asp.net for more information. ASP.NET is supported on all our Win2003 servers.
Custom Control Panel	Our custom control panel can be used to change permissions on files in Win2003 (as CHMOD is only supported on UNIX machines), setup email, view statistics, order pointers or subdomains, view disk space and more.
Support for JSP (Java Server Pages)	JSP support is given on all Win2003 plans. This enables you to run JSP pages. You do need to enable this through our control panel. Java Servlets will also run, see the support site for details.
Web Based Email	Our mail server runs web based email, this means you can check or send email through any internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape), anywhere in the world.
Unlimited mailboxes	This gives you as many POP3 email accounts as you need. POP3 email accounts are checked using the most commonly used email clients such as Outlook Express. We do not support giving away free email accounts from your website, if you wish to have a feature such as this please consider coupling our hosting plans with services that offer free email.
Frontpage Extensions	If you use Frontpage to design and publish your site you can be assured that our Win2003 servers support the Frontpage features. You will have access to modify your site 24-7 without any intervention from us, you can publish from Frontpage to your live site at any time.
Perl 5 support	On Win2003 CGI/Perl scripts will run from anywhere (they don't need to be in a specific cgi-bin directory).
Free SSL Secure Directory	Every account at Cyberianblue receives access to a directory on our secure server. This is on an NT4 machine and allows clients to have secure forms etc.
ODBC Database support (Access, Foxpro, Dbase)	Support is given on the Win2003 platform for Access, DBase and Foxpro databases. We recommend using a DSN-less connection as they are more secure, however, if you wish to use a DSN we give you the option of creating a DSN in the control panel.
Full website statistics	We provide detailed statistics for your site including referrers, hits, sessions, bandwidth and more.
MS SQL Server 2000 (there is an extra cost)	SQL Server 2003 is an optional extra. If you need a professional database solution for your site SQL is available at an extra cost. See hosting extras for costs.
CDONTS	CDONTS is another method of emailing someone from your website through ASP pages. All our Win2003 servers support CDONTS.

MySQL	All Linux Servers we run support MySQL. Each domain is allowed one MySQL database. This is setup in the control panel, there is also a web based interface to administer your MySQL server. One MySQL database free with each linux plan.
JSP (Java Server Pages)	JSP support is given on all Linux plans. This enables you to run JSP pages. Java Servlets will also run, see the support site for details.
